Members and friends of our congregation have been organized into Circles of Friends. A Circle of Friends is a group of people linked for mutual care and enjoyment, information sharing, encouragement in discipleship, and emergency response to need. Circles of Friends will be points of entry for new folks in the congregation. In small group settings new members will have the chance to hear the Christian testimonies of present members and start to develop a level of bonding that will intensify our congregation's welcome. These small groups also serve as conduits of information about the various ministries of the church. A Care Deacon is assigned to each group, providing assistance in organizing group activities, including group worship, and in coordinating the pastoral care needs of group members with the pastor and the pastor's staff. Our Circle of Friends program has enriched the Christian experience of many.
