Music Ministry

Music holds a very special place in the heart of worship at First Baptist Church and we are blessed to experience the variety and quality of music assembled in our praise and worship of God. These include Adult Choir, Children's Choir, Bell Choir and Singers' Sunday (where friends from the congregation join us for a few special rehearsals and for one Sunday of singing). New musicians are always welcome to join and participate. Rehearsals for the various choirs are held on Wednesday evenings and Sundays before or after worship.

Throughout the year we are pleased to have a variety of guest musicians who accompany our choir or play special music during worship services. Each Christmas Eve and Easter musical fanfares and songs ring through the air as brass quartets or quintets are included in the services.
